Connecting Facebook pages

We have integration with Facebook pages.

It allows you to receive messages from a Facebook page directly into your JivoChat application.

First of all you should add a new channel in JivoChat app. Open the app and navigate to "Manage" > "Channels", then locate "FaceBook" among other suggested channels and click "Connect":

In the opened window click "Add FaceBook Messanger".

Next log into your Facebook account. Please note that it should be a Facebook page admin account.

Choose a page for integration.

You will receive a confirmation message:

That's all. Now you will get all messages from a Facebook page into your JivoChat app.
